HELP I can't connect!!!

If you have Internet access from your device then Agile Messenger will work, if it doesn't then you either have an incorrect GPRS configuration or a restriction on your Internet access under your current mobile plan and questions about such issues should be directed at the helpdesk of your mobile operator.

To use Agile Messenger you need to have Internet access with full TCP/IP networking with access to ports: 5190, 5050, 1863. Yahoo®, ICQ® and AOL® may work with port 80 or 25. MSN always requires port 1863 to be open.

I don't understand how to use Push to Talk.

Will Agile Messenger work on my phone?

If Agile Messenger is available for your phone it is listed on our downloads page. If your phone model is not listed on our download page then we do not have a version for your phone available for download and we are unable to inform you if and when a version will become available for your phone.

How can I get the J2ME version of Agile Messenger?

The J2ME version is distributed by operators and content providers but not by us directly. If you would like to obtain this version please call your mobile operator and demand that they provide it. It will help if you and all your friends call them at least 10 times a day :-)
